  We booked to stay 3 nights over Easter holidays. We were looking for a dog friendly, relaxing getaway with countryside views. Bellbirdhill is exactly what we were searching for, and more. Peter and les went above and beyond... Like a home away from home. Breakfast was delicious, and we had a lovely 'community' Easter BBQ on the terrace with views down the valley, with other guests. Peter and les also were knowledgeable about the local area and were very helpful in planning our day trips (although we quite happily could've stayed all day with those views!!). Would highly recommend. Thanks Peter and Les!

  Absolute gem to get away and relax. Brand new B&B accommodation in peaceful picturesque countryside nestled away from the hustle & bustle. Hospitality and warmth of the hosts, Pete and Les is unparalleled. Very tastefully and beautifully decorated place. Certainly would visit again.

  In the evening we again stoked the oven and roasted a big piece of rump. The meat developed a wonderful smokey flavour. It was so tender and delicious and went great with the roast vegetables and home baked whole grain bread.

  The gazebo area is so relaxing. You can sit and enjoy the breathtaking view over the river valley. What a setting for a very tasty lunch.

  I rose early and enjoyed the colourful sunrise over the valley. Don't forget to bring your camera as there are lots of photo opportunities.

  My husband and I decided on the nautical themed suite for our nights sleep. The room had ducted air conditioning and electric blankets. Such a pretty suite with a gorgeous quilted bed cover which was made by Lesley. The room was beautifully appointed and had a very comfy bed. What is very special is the absolute silence so if you need a good nights sleep this is the place.
